We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts for Consumer Electronic/Home Appliances in Surabaya, Indonesia. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy targeting distributors within the home appliances industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to effectively promote and sell Consumer Electronic/Home Appliances to distributors in Surabaya, Indonesia.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with distributors in the home appliances sector, leveraging existing connections and building new partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape, adapting the sales approach accordingly.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our Consumer Electronic/Home Appliances..
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, sales collateral, and targeted campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with distributors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while meeting company revenue targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment.
• Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine the sales strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer support, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of successful sales experience within the home appliances industry, preferably with Consumer Electronic and related products/services.
• Strong network of contacts within the home appliances sector, particularly among distributors and relevant stakeholders in Surabaya
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and manage client relationships.
• Self-driven and disciplined to work independently in a home-based setting, demonstrating a high level of motivation and accountability.
• Experience with consultative selling, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital tools to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
