Sales Manager (Chinese speaking - Hanoi)

Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the Chinese-speaking market segment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to sales staff to enhance their performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, ideally with an Electrical Engineering background.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Electrical Industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Vietnamese, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
