Our client is a premium Western brand specializing in high-performance plastic injection machinery, known for advanced engineering, reliability, and strong global presence. They are expanding their footprint in Southeast Asia and are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead growth in Cambodia.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development while maintaining and growing existing key accounts across Cambodia

Identify and penetrate target customers across industries such as automotive, packaging, electronics, and FMCG manufacturing
-
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
-
Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including technical, production, and procurement teams
-
Provide technical consultation and propose suitable machinery solutions based on customer needs
-
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal, negotiation to closing
-
Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and after-sales support
-
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new opportunities
Requirements
-
Proven experience in selling capital equipment / big-ticket machinery, preferably plastic injection molding machines or similar industrial equipment
-
Strong hunter mindset with ability to open new accounts, combined with capability to manage long-term client relationships

Solid sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing complex deals
-
Engineering background (Mechanical, Industrial, or related) is highly preferred
-
Good understanding of manufacturing processes within industries such as automotive, packaging, or electronics
-
Self-driven, independent, and comfortable working in a home-based role
-
Fluent in English; Khmer is a strong advantage
