Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute robust B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the consumer electronics and computer hardware sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key business clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to drive business success.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands and product offerings.
- Generate regular reports on team performance, market insights, and sales forecasts for senior management review.
- Travel extensively to engage with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ demonstrable experience in B2B sales, emphasizing consumer electronics and computer hardware.
- Proven experience in team management, displaying strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Japanese is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Track record of consistently meeting and surpassing B2B sales targets.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
