Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute robust B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the consumer electronics and computer hardware sectors.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key business clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to drive business success.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands and product offerings.
Generate regular reports on team performance, market insights, and sales forecasts for senior management review.
Travel extensively to engage with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' demonstrable experience in B2B sales, emphasizing consumer electronics and computer hardware.
Proven experience in team management, displaying strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.
Proficiency in English; fluency in Japanese is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Track record of consistently meeting and surpassing B2B sales targets.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
