The Company:

Our client is one of the leading consumer electronic trading companies in Asia.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute robust B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the consumer electronics and computer hardware sectors.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key business clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and ensuring consistent achievement of targets.

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to drive business success.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands and product offerings.

  • Generate regular reports on team performance, market insights, and sales forecasts for senior management review.

  • Travel extensively to engage with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years' demonstrable experience in B2B sales, emphasizing consumer electronics and computer hardware.

  • Proven experience in team management, displaying strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.

  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Japanese is highly advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Track record of consistently meeting and surpassing B2B sales targets.

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
