Role & Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Drive sales growth within key industries such as Food & Beverage, Electronics, and Automotive, focusing on automation and control solutions including PLCs, inverters, and motion control systems.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, distributors, and system integrators to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, market share expansion, and profitability goals.
- Market Insight: Identify new business opportunities, analyze industry trends, and provide insights into customer needs to align business offerings with market demand.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with technical support, marketing, and product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and ensure seamless project execution.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and market analysis for management for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 – 8 years of sales experience in industrial automation or motion control industries.
- Solid understanding of PLCs, inverters, servos, and automation systems with proven ability to translate technical features into customer value.
- Experience in selling to or managing clients in F&B, Electronics, or Automotive sectors preferred.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, strategic mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
