Sales Manager (Animal Feed/ Feed mills)

The Company: Our client is one of the leading multinational corporations in the food processing industry in Vietnam.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Define direct sales strategies in collaboration with Sales Department.
 - Develop innovative sales strategies to enhance consumer satisfaction and drive revenue growth, especially in the assigned business.
 - Conduct research and analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting to senior management.
 - Manage multinational key accounts and represent the business at industry events.
 - Expand customer network in Vietnam.
 - Oversee sales pipeline, budget, and forecasting.
 - Identify and pursue new market opportunities based on consumer, competitor, and market trends.
 - Train and coach sales team members, setting targets and evaluating performance.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business in related industry.
 - Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales management.
 - Experience in designing and implementing sales strategies and budget control.
 - Technical background in industrial machinery or related field is a plus.
 - Strong analytical, negotiation, and networking skills.
 - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
 - Fluent in English (written and verbal), multilingualism is desirable.
