About the job

The Company: Our client is a global leader in innovative airflow and motion technologies, delivering high-efficiency solutions across industrial and commercial sectors. Their products are widely used in ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and equipment cooling applications. As part of their expansion in Vietnam, they are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth, manage key OEM accounts, and promote system solutions to the market.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the OEM customer base through strong business development activities.
  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities while managing and expanding existing accounts.
  • Deliver technical support and consultative sales to ensure customer satisfaction and solution fit.
  • Work closely with consultants, contractors, and building owners to promote retrofit and upgrade projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and other sales functions in Southeast Asia to meet business objectives.
  • Track and manage the full sales process, from lead generation to closure and after-sales support.
  • Provide market feedback and participate in strategic planning with the Country Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial or technical sales, preferably in HVAC, ventilation systems, or rotating equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of the HVACR industry or experience working with OEMs is highly advantageous.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, hunting mindset, able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both in English and Vietnamese.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Willing to travel and possess personal transportation.
