About the job

The Company: Our client is an iconic brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new customers and track market trends.

  • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales plans that align with company objectives.

  • Set targets for the sales team and track individual performance to ensure the achievement of sales goals.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely product information.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues and concerns promptly.

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of company products, including their features, advantages, and benefits.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key selling points.

  • Prepare competitive price quotes for customers and negotiate terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Manage sales orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Track orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

  • Generate regular sales reports, focusing on key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

  • Network with potential customers and industry partners to promote the company’s products and services.

  • Work closely with production, logistics, and other teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Provide valuable customer feedback to assist in product development and continuous improvement.

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

  • Mentor and train junior sales team members, if applicable.

  • Manage the sales budget and ensure that sales activities align with the allocated budget.

  • Monitor and control expenses related to sales initiatives.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales processes and strategies.

  • Provide feedback to management for business enhancement and growth.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on Cement, Mining, or Chain Manufacturing industries
  • Understanding of Sales and Finance Management.
  • Hybrid work location.
  • Travel within Vietnam to promote the company.
