Business Strategy & Market Development

Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with regional growth strategies.

Identify new project opportunities in process industries and develop sustainable growth pipelines.

Drive market development initiatives, seminars, and technical workshops to strengthen market presence.
Sales Leadership & Key Account Management
-
Lead and coach a team of technical sales engineers to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
-
Build strong relationships with plant managers, engineering teams, and technical decision-makers.
-
Manage key accounts and participate in high-level negotiations.
-
Ensure accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking via CRM systems.
Technical Consulting & Solution Selling
-
Provide consultative selling support for process analytical instrumentation (pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, TOC, gas analysis, etc.).

Support customers during specification, solution design, and technical evaluation stages.
-
Demonstrate value through productivity improvement, compliance assurance, and cost optimization.
-
Ensure understanding of regulatory and quality compliance standards in regulated industries.
Customer Engagement & Service Excellence
-
Oversee preparation of technical proposals and cost estimations based on project requirements.

Maintain high-quality customer interactions and long-term partnership development.
People Development
-
Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing technical sales team.

Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and continuous improvement culture
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical or related fields).

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in technical sales within process instrumentation, automation, or analytical solutions.
-
Experience in regulated industries (pharma, F&B, chemical) is a strong advantage.

Strong leadership and consultative selling capability.
-
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
-
Strong English communication skills.
-
Willingness to travel frequently to industrial sites.
