The Company: Our client is an iconic Equipment brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the field of material assessment.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, industries, and market segments. Generate leads and proactively engage with prospects to understand their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our equipment and its applications in material assessment. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and advantages to clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact and provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of our equipment to prospective clients. Tailor presentations to address specific client requirements.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals. Work closely with clients to ensure seamless implementation and satisfaction.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in material assessment. Provide feedback to the product development team.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and sales reports. Provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering).
• Proven track record of successful sales experience within equipment, preferably in material assessment.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
