Our client is one of the leading industrial brand with significant ambitions to scale their Vietnam business to the next level.
Role & Responsibilities
An integral member of their regional leadership team, this individual will have extensive leverage to establish business development and sales capabilities within their organization as a progressive sales leader in a position of Sales Manager (Industrial).
You will be responsible for:
Identifying project leads within Water Treatment/Waste Water or UPW.
Leading the strategic sales development with team
Driving effective and integrated sales implementation process
Maintain and develop relationship with EPCs, contractors, installers
You will be responsible for leading the sales team within Industrial segment across Vietnam business with expectation for business growth in Vietnam.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with ideally Engineering technical background
7-10 years successful track record in business development and sales management within Industrial sectors
Extensive experience working in a global capacity with team management experience
Excellent leadership skills, people management and talent development experience
Understanding of Water Treatment / Waste Water / UPW is a must
