Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts of our construction chemicals within the building construction industry in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will possess strong networking skills and a proven track record in sales, specifically within the realm of contractors, owner developers, and architects involved in building construction projects. The Sales Manager will work independently to establish and cultivate relationships, promote our construction chemical products, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to effectively target contractors, owner developers, and architects within the building construction sector.
Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities, utilizing industry knowledge and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including contractors, owners, architects, and other relevant stakeholders.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our construction chemical products.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs using our CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies.
Stay informed about product developments, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to construction chemicals in building construction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A technical background is a plus.
Proven track record of at least [5] years in sales, preferably within the building construction industry or related sectors.
Strong network of contacts within the construction industry, particularly among contractors, owner developers, and architects.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English languages, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
