1. The Company
Our client is a specialized industrial automation component, representing a European premium pneumatics brand and a specialized hydraulic power unit brand for industrial applications. They are expanding their sales presence in southern Vietnam and looking for a hands-on Sales Leader to lead the team and drive growth.
2. Role & Responsibilities
- Directly sell pneumatic components and hydraulic power units to industrial customers (factories, OEMs, system integrators)
- Provide on-site technical consultation, application engineering, and solution design
- Manage and grow existing accounts while actively hunting for new opportunities
- Coach, train, and mentor a sales team (2–4 people)
- Develop repeatable sales processes and best practices that the team can replicate
- Work closely with company leadership to align on market strategy and customer priorities
3. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in B2B industrial sales, with at least 3 years selling pneumatic components or hydraulic power units
- Proven ability to sell technically consultative, hands-on, and comfortable on customer sites
- Experience mentoring or leading junior salespeople (formal team leadership is a plus)
- Strong understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic systems, including ability to read circuit diagrams
- Good in English (written and spoken)
