Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Motor & Drive Technologie and related automation solutions to industrial clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets in key sectors (e.g., F&B, cement, automotive, water treatment, etc.).
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing customers, OEMs, and distributors.
- Provide technical consultation and customized solutions in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence for internal planning.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in motor/inverter or drive technology.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
