Our client, a global leader in Food & Beverage ingredients, is seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead market expansion and strengthen partnerships across Vietnam. This role focuses on driving growth, managing distributors and implementing strategic plans for the assigned product line.
Role and responsibilities:
- Market mapping & sales planning
- Analyze & evaluate operational sales, market trends & customer requirements
- Responsible for budgeting & achieving sales targets
- Make good relations with all customers & handle key customers
- Make regular visits to all key customers
- Responsible for detailed market information like:
- Trend & market conditions
- Customer requirements
- Market requirements
- Price & competitors
- Business opportunities
- Responsible for market development
- Identify and develop new customer base
- Develop the pricing strategy
- New product identification and development
- Responsible for the overall performance of the sales team PAN Vietnam
- MIS Reporting – Monthly & Quarterly
- Should be flexible to take up any task related to the Sales & Marketing Department if required or situation demands
- Should be willing to take up assignments of handling sales of other countries
- Make regulations, work systems & procedures for the Marketing Department
- Responsibility for achieving the Gross Margin.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Minimum Experience of 10 years in Sales & Marketing of Food colors or food ingredients
- Knowledge of SAP preferable
- Understanding of related products in the market
