Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Industrial Real Estate

About the job

Our client is a leading industrial real estate and logistics developer in Vietnam, specializing in industrial parks, warehouses, and logistics facilities. The company is seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager to support business expansion and work closely with international investors and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing industrial tenants, logistics operators, and foreign investors.
• Identify new leasing and investment opportunities within industrial park and logistics projects.
• Handle enquiries, proposals, negotiations, and leasing transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding project progress, legal documentation, and customer requirements.
• Participate in networking events, business associations, and investment promotion activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
• Support investors during the project leasing and licensing process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 2–8+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Leasing, Business Development, Industrial Real Estate, Logistics, or Investment Promotion.
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with regional customers and stakeholders.
• Experience working with industrial parks, warehouses, logistics facilities, FDI clients, or commercial real estate is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
