Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets within the industrial sector.
Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication and regular interactions.
Identify new business opportunities and target markets by conducting thorough market research and analysis.
Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to understand clients' requirements and provide expert insights into suitable industrial solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients to showcase the features and benefits of our products and solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and technical documentation that align with clients' needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation, ensuring client expectations are met.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the industrial sector, with a deep understanding of industrial products and solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
