Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing solutions that meet their operational and technical needs.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to support the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, customer service, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to provide insights for business development.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 – 5 years of proven experience in industrial sales or business development with proven success in sales.
- Demonstrated hunter mindset – ambitious, proactive, and driven to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build lasting customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
