We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Engineer to join a leading multinational company in the industrial equipment sector. This role is responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and delivering technical solutions to customers across key industries such as Food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in assigned territory
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers and key accounts to ensure long-term partnership
- Identify and acquire new customers, including untapped potential companies
- Actively build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM system
- Deliver product presentations, technical consultations, and application solutions to customers
- Conduct on-site seminars and online sessions to promote solutions and generate new opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (service, application, operations) to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery aligned with customer expectations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high professional standards
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related fields)
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel for business needs
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably industrial equipment or technical solutions
- Exposure to industries such as Food & Beverage or Pharmaceutical is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer segments
- Proven ability to present, influence, and communicate effectively with customers
