Role & Responsibilities
Market Growth

Develop and expand key accounts across Vietnam and regional markets.

Solution Delivery

Provide tailored technical and commercial solutions to meet client needs.

Guide customers through product adoption and ensure project success.

Regional Expansion

Partner with distributors and internal teams to drive sales performance.

Lead initiatives to strengthen market presence in India.
Project Leadership

Manage projects from concept to completion with clear accountability.

Track customer requirements and industry shifts to stay ahead.

Deliver reports and strategic recommendations to optimize business outcomes.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or RF solutions.

Strong knowledge of RF connectors, cables, and related technologies is preferred.

Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work across multiple markets and cultures.

Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and project support.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer orientation.
