About the job

The Company: Our client is a leader in the field of bearing business, offering innovative solutions to meet the diverse needs of industrial and commercial clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales professional to join our team and drive growth in the Vietnamese market
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve measurable targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector, expanding the customer base for bearing business.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize product positioning and capitalize on emerging business opportunities.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, provide accurate forecasts, and generate regular reports on sales progress and market feedback.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical and engineering teams to address client requirements and ensure optimal solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 experience in B2B sales, preferably industrial products.
  • Network with clients in Pulp & Paper, F&B, Agriculture, Textile, Port & Marine or Heavy industries is preferrable
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales metrics and market data to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
