Role & Responsibilities:
- Market Leadership: Develop deep insights into market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to identify new growth opportunities and strategic directions.
- Business Expansion: Define and execute go-to-market strategies, drive revenue growth, and ensure achievement of annual sales targets across key sectors.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales organization, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic Partnership: Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners to enhance brand presence and strengthen market positioning.
- Innovation Feedback: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into actionable strategies and continuously improve solutions and services.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in B2B or industrial sales, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing large sales teams, with strong people management and performance coaching skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales growth, developing strategic accounts, and managing complex business operations.
- Visionary leadership with strong strategic thinking, execution capability, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
