The Company:

Our client is an iconic Industrial brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:

    • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

    • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the MV/HV industry.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Key Account Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.

  • Market Expansion:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in the MV/HV market.

    • Develop and execute strategies for entering new markets and segments.

  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to strategic decision-making.

  • Collaboration with Other Departments:

    • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and coherence in company strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the MV/HV industry.

  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • In-depth understanding of Medium Voltage and High Voltage products, market dynamics, and industry trends.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and developing high-performance sales teams.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
