2. Role & Responsibilities
- Account management (80%): Manage and grow key accounts across Asia, ensuring customer satisfaction, long‑term partnerships, and alignment with business objectives.
- Business development (20%): Identify new opportunities, hunt for potential clients, and promote new products in the mechanical equipment sector.
- Customer engagement: Build strong relationships with decision‑makers, understand technical requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales execution: Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical and product teams to align customer needs with company capabilities.
- Market insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic growth in the Asia region.
3. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with technical or industrial products.
- Proven track record in Asia/APAC regional account management.
- Strong understanding of industrial or mechanical equipment markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- English proficiency at 8–9/10 level, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently, travel across Asia, and thrive in a multicultural environment.
