About the job

The Company: Our client is an iconic Industrial brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Admin Support – 50%
    • Support on sales administrative work by using system on order processing (Sales/Purchase/Logistic) till delivery and invoicing.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers including freight forwarders.
    • Plan, arrange and coordinate in all aspects for on and off site meetings and events.
    • Support on government licenses or permits.
    • Support in follow-up of Accounts Receivable.
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Office Administration Management – 25%
    • Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
    • Provide hospitality support to business partners and visitors
    • Support in Marketing activities.
    • Provide, operational, and administrative support to the Management.
    • Make travelling arrangements (itinerary, booking of flights/hotels/ground transport, visa).
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Accounts and HR Support – 25%
    • Prepare order and sales report on monthly basis
    • Support Accounts to liaise with outsourcing party from issue sales invoices until operational cost
    • Support and prepare payment to vendors and get approval from authorized personnel
    • Support new joiner on-boarding
    • Support on any other ad-hoc Accounts and HR matters as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in office administration, sales support administration and logistic
  • INCOTERMS knowledge is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Cheerful with good team spirit, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detailed oriented ensuring accuracy to ensure timely completion
  • Good command in writing and conversational Business English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
