Robotics Engineer

The Company: Our client is a global leader in industrial automation, driving smart manufacturing through advanced robotics and intelligent systems. To support business growth in Vietnam, they are seeking a skilled Robotics Engineer to strengthen their technical team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Independently write and debug robot programs.
• Install and commission robots and peripheral equipment.
• Lead the team to complete on-site commissioning and customer acceptance.
• Conduct robot application training for customers.
• Provide technical support to the sales team.
• Debug and optimize application processes.
• Prepare Failure Analysis (FA) reports; manage punch lists and follow up on issue resolution.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for debugging.
• Analyze machine cycle time, CPK, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Work with customers on Design of Experiments (DOE) and analyze test results.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Robotics, Mechanical and Electrical Automation).
• Experience: More than 3 years of robot brand application experience, team management preferred. Over 3 years of experience in robot applications; team management preferred
• Experience in Electronics or 3C industry is a plus.
• Skilled in debugging robot control systems and peripheral equipment.
• Solid electrical/electronic knowledge and understanding of PLC control.
• Able to work under pressure, travel frequently, and support production lines.
• Fluent in English for technical communication and documentation.
• Basic Chinese language skills required.
• Strong communication, responsibility, self-management, problem-solving skills, and teamwork spirit.
