Regional Sales Manager (North Province)

The Company:

Our client is a well-established international FMCG company specializing in consumer care products, with strong operations across Asia and other key markets. They operate several large-scale production facilities in Vietnam and continue to invest in sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Achieve or exceed annual sales targets by leading a team of salesmen to drive sales of products in the region.
• Market Visits: Conduct regular visits to monitor route coverage, competitor activity, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Customer Engagement: Provide distributors and customers with information on new or improved products and services to boost sales.
• Distribution Network: Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure comprehensive availability of products and services.
• Sales Administration: Establish and implement sales administration procedures to support sales teams in achieving targets.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with the storehouse supervisor to maintain adequate inventory levels for timely sales delivery.
• Marketing Coordination: Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure effective merchandising and promotions for brand visibility.
• Team Development: Build a strong Regional Sales Management organization with the right staffing and training to meet job requirements.
• Leadership: Provide leadership to motivate and engage staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 8 years within the FMCG or consumer care sector.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership and people management skills
