About the Company:
Our client, a leading international company in the fields of medical equipment. The Sales Manager reports to Country Manager and leads the Southern Vietnam Sales organization in alignment with business strategy, defines long-term vision and translate it into actionable plans. This role holds responsibility for Sales performance, and associated budget planning and execution for the assigned market. The role is accountable for generating sustainable business growth through effective customer engagement, resource management, and the promotion of product portfolio.
Job Description:
- Translate national strategy into Southern Vietnam commercial plans
- Drive sales, marketing, and account development for growth & market penetration
- Build key accounts & stakeholder relationships
- Support product launches & Go-to-Market strategies with Product Marketing
- Manage sales funnel & opportunities
- Ensure profitability via pricing, cost control, ROI tracking
- Develop pricing models for distributors & direct sales
- Partner with Country Manager on budget, forecast & planning
- Maintain market intelligence: segmentation, install base, share, competition
- Enable data-driven sales planning, forecasting & prioritization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & distributors for efficiency & satisfaction
- Lead, coach & develop Southern Sales team
- Foster culture of performance, integrity, compliance & ethics
Qualifications and Relevant Skills:
- 10 years’ progressive experience in Sales/Business Development in medical devices
- Strategic thinker with strong execution & ownership mindset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
- High integrity, compliance & ethical standards
- Proficient in written and spoken English
