the Regional Sales Manager (ETC) is responsible for driving the strategic growth, market share expansion, and commercial execution of our ethical/prescription portfolio within the designated region. This role demands a high-performing leader who can translate national corporate strategies into impactful regional sales tactics, cultivate high-level stakeholder relationships, and lead a high-performing team of Medical Representatives and Area Sales Managers to exceed commercial targets.
Job Description:

Own and execute regional annual/quarterly sales and profitability strategies aligned with broader business goals.

Drive resource allocation, precise forecasting, and market-share growth across high-value accounts and distribution channels.

Continuous analysis of market trends and competitor activity to capture new business opportunities.

Ensure total alignment with all internal corporate policies, industry regulations, and local compliance standards.

Lead, coach, and motivate the field force to hit performance targets and deliver top-tier customer engagement.

Establish clear KPIs, conduct regular evaluations, and bridge training gaps to build a high-performing culture.

Cultivate strong, strategic partnerships with key accounts, institutional clients, and network distributors.

Partner closely with marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams to optimize demand planning, portfolio positioning, and overall business efficiency.
Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or BA.
-
At least 10 years in pharma sales experience, including at least 3 – 4 years at managerial level.

Strong coaching & leadership skills.
-
Willingness to travel extensively to manage regional accounts.
