The Company:
Our client, a global leader in the FMCG industry, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to be based in North. This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for driving growth across key retail channels, managing distributors, and ensuring sustainable category development.
Role & Responsibilities:

Understand shopper behavior in retail channels and optimize the path to purchase.

Analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.

Share trade marketing insights with cross-functional teams to improve performance.
-
Develop and execute long-term category and channel strategies, including translating innovations into customer plans.

Lead category management projects and growth vision stories to ensure alignment.

Own P&L responsibility for channels and distributors, including forecasting and budget planning.

Manage both direct and distributor partners to co-build and deliver growth plans.

Lead the largest revenue-contributing channel
Qualifications:
-
5–7 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in retail channel management.

Strong commercial acumen with proven results in driving growth.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Analytical, hands-on, and able to perform under pressure.

Highly independent, resourceful, and results-oriented.

Fluent in English (written & spoken).

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
