Responsibilities:

• As the Regional Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand market share, increase sales revenue, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
• Lead product launch and competitor analysis in the region
• Understand the technical specifications and features of our products and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding product selection, application, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience, preferably in the Utility sector (water/ water treatment) or related industries.
• Strong technical skills with knowledge in process automation and industrial measurement technology.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent networking abilities with the ability to understand the ecosystem of the industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
