Regional Financial Controller

The Company: A leading international technology and engineering group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Internal Controls: Ensure consistent application of accounting policies, strengthen internal controls, and manage statutory/corporate audits for Asia entities, aligning with global standards. Support D365 ERP rollout and provide financial analysis to leadership.
• Treasury Management: Oversee regional cash flow, ensuring compliance and robust internal controls over all treasury operations.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely local tax filings and monitor transfer pricing policies across Asia.
• Business Partnering: Serve as a key financial advisor to regional business leads and collaborate with corporate FP&A on strategic initiatives.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performing, collaborative regional accounting team, promoting continuous improvement and aligning with company values.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 10+ years in a similar leadership role within a multinational corporation.
• Proven expertise in internal controls, financial analysis, treasury, and tax compliance.
• Strong experience with local GAAP adjustments and process optimization.
• Experience with ERP implementation (D365 a plus).
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
• A hands-on, adaptable leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, can drive strategic initiatives, and effectively manage cross-cultural differences across global regions.
