Quality Manager (Packaging)

• Lead, manage, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).

• Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, BRC, HACCP and other relevant quality or regulatory standards.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, SOPs, and documentation systems.

• Plan, coordinate, and lead internal and external audits (including customer audits and certification audits).

• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA to effectively resolve product or process non-conformance.

• Work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure consistent quality performance.

• Monitor key quality KPIs, identify gaps, propose improvement initiatives, and provide regular reports to management.

• Manage and develop the Quality team through training, coaching, and performance review.

• Oversee material inspection, in-process controls, and final product quality assurance.

• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements prior to shipment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related disciplines.

• 5–7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Prior experience in packaging, plastics manufacturing, or FMCG industries.

• Strong experience in managing QMS and solid knowledge of ISO 9001, BRC, HACCP.

• Proven track record in leading internal/external audits and working with third-party certification bodies.

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
