The Company:
Our client is a leading EMS manufacturer, providing end-to-end electronics manufacturing services for global customers.
Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily quality management operations across QA, IPQA, OQA, and quality engineering functions, providing technical guidance, coaching, and training to the quality team.

Manage customer quality requirements, complaints, and audit activities while driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.

Monitor manufacturing quality performance, identify and resolve critical quality issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure stable production and product quality.

Review and approve quality documents, inspection standards, technical reports, and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and quality management systems.

Develop departmental quality objectives, lead Operational Excellence (OE) and continuous improvement initiatives, and drive quality projects to achieve business and quality KPIs.

Plan and conduct management reviews, internal quality and environmental audits, support external audits, and ensure effective follow-up of corrective actions and continuous system improvement.

Build and develop the quality organization by mentoring engineers and technicians, strengthening team capability, and supporting workforce planning within cross-functional teams.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields

Experience: Minimum 8 years of quality management experience, including at least 4 years in team leadership within multinational manufacturing or EMS environments.

Language: Fluent in Chinese (working level) and basic English communication preferred.

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is required; CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) training is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of quality methodologies, including SPC, QC Seven Tools, statistical quality analysis, and other quality improvement techniques.

Good understanding of plastic products, electronic components, electronic product testing methods, manufacturing processes, and quality inspection standards.

Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO13485, and other quality management systems.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
