The Company: Our client is a globally established manufacturer within the EMS industry, supporting international customers with advanced production capabilities, efficient manufacturing operations, and a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily quality management operations across QA/IPQA/OQA functions, including team supervision, technical guidance, coaching, and quality-related training.

Handle customer quality concerns, complaints, returned products, and audits while coordinating internal corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.

Monitor production and process quality performance, analyze major quality issues, drive cross-functional improvement actions, and support trial production and manufacturing quality control activities.

Review and approve quality-related documents, procedures, inspection standards, and technical reports while ensuring effective implementation and maintenance of ISO9000, TS16949, and related quality management systems.

Define departmental quality objectives and lead continuous improvement initiatives including QCC, Kaizen, process optimization, and quality projects to achieve quality KPIs and operational excellence.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields

Experience: Minimum 8 years of quality management experience, including at least 4 years in team leadership within multinational manufacturing or EMS environments.

Language: Fluent in Chinese (working level) and basic English communication preferred.

Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, with CQE training background preferred.

Strong knowledge of quality systems and methodologies including SPC, QC seven tools, QCC, quality awareness, and statistical quality analysis.

Proficient in APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, and related quality core tools.

Familiar with plastic products, electronic components, electronic product testing methods, manufacturing processes, and quality inspection standards.

Hands-on experience with ISO9000, TS16949, QS9000, and related quality management systems.

Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Detail-oriented with strong execution capability and continuous improvement mindset
