The Company: Our client is a globally established manufacturer within the EMS industry, supporting international customers with advanced production capabilities, efficient manufacturing operations, and a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints, returned products, customer audits, and coordinate customer quality requirements internally while ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Monitor process and production line quality, drive abnormality improvements, review inspection reports, and ensure products consistently meet customer requirements.

• Lead and manage QA/IPQA/OQA teams through daily supervision, shift meetings, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and manpower coordination.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including QCC, Kaizen activities, workshop QA process optimization, and quality target achievement through regular quality meetings and follow-up actions.

• Support manufacturing quality control by tracking trial production performance, reviewing process documents and operating procedures, and ensuring proper ECN and IC programming implementation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of quality management experience in plastic products manufacturing environments

• Familiar with injection molding and assembly manufacturing processes, including key quality control points

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools, including SPC, QC methodologies, QCC, quality awareness, and TS five core tools.

• Proficient in APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, and MSA, with strong data analysis and statistical control capabilities

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented with strong execution and continuous improvement mindset

• Language: Fluent in Chinese (working level), with basic English proficiency
