The Company: Our client is one of the leading multinational corporations in FMCG consulting in Vietnam.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Analyzing inspection results and following up on corrective action implementations with factories.
• Conducting online inspections, capability studies, and final random inspections according to approved samples, purchase orders, and Quality Assurance Protocols.
• Packaging and forwarding defective samples/shipment samples to the Head Office for review, if necessary.
• Reporting any deviations or unusual matters found during physical visits to the factory premises directly to the Account Director.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements is necessary to develop effective quality control processes.
• Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes.
• Establishing requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
• Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff, and providing guidance and feedback.
• Overseeing all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Inspecting final output and comparing properties to requirements.
• Approving acceptable products or rejecting defectives.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience working at a senior level within an outsourced client partnership model, particularly within the Dark Market & the FMCG consulting or intermediary partner.
• Experience with an electronic background would be advantageous, including in/outdoor lightbox experience, due to our requirement to handle electronic parts.
• Extensive experience in Quality management and influencing cross-functionally, particularly across multiple FMCG client brand teams and procurement teams.
• Ideally, the candidate should come with a background in Quality checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong project management skills.
• English: Intermediate
• Willingness to travel, as and when required.
