The Company:
Our client is a leading provider of high-quality Sanitaryware solutions, dedicated to enhancing culinary experiences through innovative products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Sanitaryware segment.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors, to promote our range of products.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate challenges.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the Sanitaryware industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of Sanitaryware products, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
