About the job

The Company: Our client is an iconic Industrial brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through active engagement with contractors, architects, developers, and other decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive project-based sales, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and building materials ecosystem.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical insights and customized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure offerings align with market demands.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project delivery and post-sales support.
  • Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project details.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
  • Strong network within the Hanoi construction and building ecosystem is a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and application processes.
