About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established real estate developer seeking a Project MEP Engineer to support the delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage MEP shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and QA/QC documentation.

• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure MEP systems are delivered according to design and quality requirements.

• Monitor site installation progress and resolve technical issues.

• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Support project teams throughout construction phases.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering or related discipline.

• 3+ years of experience in MEP construction for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with MEP design principles is advantageous.

• Ability to communicate in English.
