Project Manager

About the job

• We are supporting a real estate developer in Ho Chi Minh City to hire a Project Manager to lead end-to-end development projects. This role works closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• The position requires strong cross-functional coordination across legal, commercial, and technical aspects throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery from planning through completion
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee project costs, contracts, and vendor selection
• Monitor legal compliance, risks, and project documentation
• Control project timeline, quality, and construction progress

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate or construction project management
• Experience with residential, townhouse, and/or hospitality projects
• Strong understanding of legal, commercial, and construction aspects of development
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects
• Fluent English is required
