Project Manager

The Company: Our client is a well-established company specializing in energy and industrial projects, delivering cutting-edge solutions in fuel distribution, LPG, LNG, and industrial services. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainability, they are expanding their presence in Vietnam and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee key projects, manage engineering teams, and ensure successful project execution.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution
  • Lead a team of 5 engineers, overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of LPG, LNG, and industrial energy projects.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, meeting all safety and quality standards.
  • Develop detailed project timelines, resource plans, and risk assessments to ensure smooth execution.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Compliance
  • Work closely with clients, internal teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local and international regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control checks to maintain high standards of project execution.
• Cost Control & Performance Management
  • Manage project budgets, contracts, and procurement processes, optimizing costs while ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Track and report on project performance metrics, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Provide regular progress updates, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and new technologies to enhance project execution and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement best practices in project management to drive continuous improvement and innovation in energy solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in renewable energy, LPG, LNG, or industrial infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with government regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards for LPG and LNG projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
