Responsibilities

• Review and approve construction submissions including shop drawings, materials, schedules, and QA/QC documents.

• Monitor construction progress and site activities.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

• Identify and resolve design and construction issues.

• Support project delivery, quality, and timeline objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering.

• Experience in large-scale residential, mixed-use, commercial, or high-rise developments.

• Strong understanding of construction management and project coordination.

• Fluent English communication skills.
