ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is a well-established industrial real estate developer in Vietnam. The Project Director will lead end-to-end delivery of logistics and industrial projects, covering legal compliance, design coordination, construction execution, and financial control, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards, while providing strategic support to senior management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage legal and permitting processes, including investment approvals, construction permits, fire safety, EIA, and project handover.
- Oversee design coordination and tendering; select contractors and key suppliers.
- Lead construction execution to ensure schedule, quality, and compliance with approved designs.
- Control project budget, cash flow, and cost variations.
- Ensure HSE compliance and manage project risks.
- Provide strategic and technical advisory support to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil/ Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
- 7–10 years of experience in industrial real estate, logistics, or warehouse projects; at least 3 years in a senior project management role.
- Experience with warehouses, logistics facilities, industrial parks, or projects for international investors is preferred.
- Strong skills in project planning, financial control, contractor management, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, cost control tools, and MS Office.
- Strong professional English required.
