Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Scheduling:
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency.
• Coordinate with various departments, including procurement and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
Team Leadership:
• Supervise and motivate a team of production personnel, including technicians, operators, and support staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth.
Quality Control:
• Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality products.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
Process Optimization:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address equipment issues and minimize downtime.
Resource Management:
• Monitor and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Oversee the maintenance of production equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
Health and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and implement best practices to create a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions and inspections to minimize workplace accidents.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on production metrics, including output, efficiency, and quality.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
5. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
6. Familiarity with quality control systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
7. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Fluent English communication
