The Company: Our client is a globally established manufacturer within the EMS industry, supporting international customers with advanced production capabilities, efficient manufacturing operations, and a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end production planning and execution across injection molding, printing, and assembly to ensure on-time delivery
- Optimize processes, equipment utilization, and material flow to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Drive quality improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and defect reduction
- Manage and develop production teams, ensuring strong performance, 5S, and safety compliance
- Coordinate cross-functionally to align production with engineering, quality, and supply chain
- Control production budget and identify cost-saving opportunities through lean practices
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in injection molding production management within manufacturing environments (preferably EMS or high-volume production)
- Strong expertise in plastic molding, surface treatment (screen/pad printing), and assembly processes
- Proven track record in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and problem-solving
- Solid leadership, communication, and team management capabilities
- Detail-oriented, high sense of responsibility, and strong execution mindset
- Language: Fluent in Chinese (working level), with basic English proficiency
