Job Description:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to ensure brand growth and market share objectives are met.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans that align with brand objectives.
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
- Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve brand goals.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure brand consistency and relevance in product offerings.
- Drive brand building initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms.
- Lead brand development projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with brand values and positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to support brand initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in brand strategies.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing or product management within the OTC / Consumer Healthcare
- Solid understanding of OTC product regulations, market dynamics, and retail channels (pharmacies, supermarkets, e-commerce, etc.).
