Conduct consumer and market research to stay updated on current trends and anticipate future developments.

Identify brand positioning in the market and define a differentiated, competitive brand strategy.

Brand Strategy & Management

Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen brand equity and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Manage brand campaigns to ensure products meet consumer expectations and reinforce brand credibility.

Localize global brand materials to suit local market needs and cultural context.

Marketing Execution

Plan and execute ATL/BTL marketing initiatives and continuously evaluate their impact for improvement.

Organize brand events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots.

Create and manage the marketing editorial calendar to deliver timely and effective campaigns.

Performance & Budget Management
-
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against defined KPIs.

Develop, manage, and monitor marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Partnerships & Cross-functional Collaboration
-
Build partnerships with professional associations to strengthen brand positioning and visibility.

Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute robust marketing plans.

Evaluate and propose new product or SKU launches to meet evolving customer needs.

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Market insight, Product management, Brand/Marketing plan
- Good Planning, Organizing and analytical skills
- Good knowledge and keen experience in product management and marketing, especially marketing & trade marketing for ethical products
- Proven project management skills
- Proven strong analytical skill, client management and communication skills
- Good communication & Presentation skills, Fluent in English language
