A global leader in home appliance, with operations across five continents and over 8,000 employees worldwide. The Asia Sourcing division provides value‑added sourcing services to group companies and third‑party clients, covering various high-end home appliance product categories.

2. Role & Responsibilities

• Project Development & Execution: Drive end‑to‑end project processes to ensure timely, high‑quality, and cost‑efficient delivery.

• Tooling & Documentation Management: Follow up tooling development, prepare tooling contracts, create part numbers, and track engineering drawings and inspection standards.

• Sample & Production Validation: Evaluate first production samples and oversee first‑order production to ensure alignment with specifications and delivery timelines.

• Cross‑functional Coordination: Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing teams to support tooling acceptance and resolve supplier quality issues.

• Supplier Development: Identify, assess, and select reliable new suppliers, conducting effective pre‑audits to ensure capability, quality, and cost competitiveness.

• Supplier Performance Management: Initiate supplier transitions or phase out underperforming suppliers when needed.

• Procedure Optimization: Support the Sourcing Manager in improving departmental procedures and ensuring effective implementation.

3. Requirements

• College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in supplier management, with strong knowledge of supplier development processes and industrial product standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Highly detail‑driven, organized, and able to work independently.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Based in Ho Chi Minh City or nearby, with willingness to travel within Southeast Asia.
